…she ate a salad for lunch every day for 10 years, according to longtime friend and former co-star Courtney Cox.

“It was a Cobb salad that Jennifer doctored up with turkey bacon and garbanzo beans,” Courtney recalls.

So, turkey bacon for protein, and garbanzo beans for a good, fibrous complex carbohydrate. A real winning combination.

It’s not just how much you eat, but it’s also the quality of the food you eat that makes a difference. You can eat hollow calories — like over-fried drive-through food — or you can eat fresh, minimally refined protein, complex carbohydrates and healthy fats.

Over the years, Aniston has gotten fitter and sleeker, thanks to daily Pilates and yoga workouts and a healthy diet.
